Looks like the ladies had a great time at the Ladies Exercise & Life Style Coaching clinic held by our North Lakes Club Manager Leesa. Leesa was able to share her wealth of experience and knowledge on topics like exercise selection, nutrition, time management and much more. Another clinic will be held next Tuesday 25th July at 6pm at our North Lakes club. It's free for our female Club members and you can bring guests for just $5.00 each.
